Accounts
These are your actual customer accounts. This section allows you to manage and assign certain status and shopping options to your customers.
Inventory
This is the big one. This is where you manage all your products, categories and display bays. You create the products and then set information such as pricing per group, discounts, dimensions and weight information and you can then create variations (Used mainly for Clothing) of the product and set up “Goes well with” relationships between products.
Orders
This section allows you to manage your orders, create picking lists, delivery notes and update and change the status of each order. These status results are then linked to an sms or email notification which can be setup to send to the purchaser or other staff members.
Shipping
This section allows you to manage your shipping zones, costs and shipping types. Whether you ship by weight, units, cost or flat rates.
Communication
This section allows you to create sales and marketing groups. You can then add users or individual email addresses to these groups. When you create Newsletters you can select which groups will receive your newsletter. You can inject products into the newsletter when you create it and the application will create reports, on the newsletter which will tell you how successful the Newsletter campaign was.
